Why Not Charge People For Murals In Children S Rooms

Category: Finance.

Why make money when you can make millionaires? She s been featured in" The Secret, " and she s the author of" The Millionaire Maker" series, including" The Millionaire Maker: Act, and Make Money, Think the Way the Wealthy Do" .

Loral Langemeier is the founder and CEO of the wealth- building mentoring program, Live Out Loud. Loral Langemeier has many passions. Everything she touches seems to become a passion to her. She loves people, teaching, sports, money, dinner parties, play, wine, and fun. Growing up on a farm in Nebraska taught Loral never to" ask" for money, but that s exactly what she does today. Loral believes that you can turn anything into a profitable business. She teaches others to do it as well, and she turns some of them into millionaires.

She sees people every day who perform services for free. Why not get paid for it? Can you write? Can you paint? Can you drive? Why not charge people for murals in children s rooms? Why not run errands for people who are unable or too busy to do it themselves?

How did she do it? Loral started her first business as a teenager, and by her 30 s, she was already a millionaire. She asked for it. She began working as a personal trainer, and then she taught her friends in college how do lead aerobics classes. Loral Langemeier always had a passion for sports and fitness. Those aerobics classes led to a business in which she found the clients, and other people did the work. Obviously she couldn t handle over 200 oil rigs by herself, so her company grew by leaps and bounds very quickly.

It led her to the Chevron Corporation in which she was handed a multi- million dollar contract to set up fitness centers on offshore oil rigs. Loral Langemeier s motto might sound something like, "Strengthen Your Strengths, and Hire Your Weaknesses. " In other words, don t waste your time. You can t do that if you re bogged down in the details because you don t know what you re doing. Building a very successful business requires you to hit the ground running. Not everyone can afford to hire their own staff at first, but start with just one or two key people. If you re not good with people, hire someone to manage your human resources, or marketing efforts, public relations.

If you re not good with numbers, even if it, hire an accountant s only a seasonal job. The most important thing is to not sell yourself short. Not getting bogged down in the details applies to your regular life as much as it does to your business. If it s worth doing, it s worth doing well, and it s worth being paid well to do it. You can t focus on your passion if you re focused on everyone and everything else. When you focus on your business, you ll get out of the rat race sooner and have more time for yourself and your family! Cut out everything that can be done by someone else or that doesn t apply to your passions or family.
